WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (2/26/2018) City police are investigating a shooting death in the 2300 block of N. Market St.
Officers were sent to a home at 9:24 a.m. Sunday and found the victim, identified as 38-year-old Richard Young.
Police said he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives are still investigating but police said the shooting doesn’t appear to be a random act.
