WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (2/16/2017) City firefighters battled a blaze in a vacant home late Wednesday night, according to reports from the scene.
The fire at 2203 N. Church St. was reported at 10:15 p.m. and was heavily involved in flames when firefighters arrived.
The blaze extended to an occupied home next door.
It took more than an hour to get the fire under control.
