NEWARK, DELAWARE (9/7/2016) A dump truck overturned this morning on Interstate 95 at Newark, trapping the driver inside, Delaware State Police said.
The crash about 8:05 a.m. happened at the northbound ramp to Route 896 (South College Avenue).
Northbound lanes were closed but have since been reopened. The ramp remained closed longer.
Firefighters extricated the driver.
