DELAWARE (8/8/2016) Police activity on the Delaware Memorial Bridge is causing a major backup on northbound Interstate 95 and I-295, according to reports from the area.

DelDOT reports delays of 20-25 minutes at 5:23 p.m.

The right two lanes on the bridge heading toward New Jersey are closed with a female sitting on the railing threatening to jump.
