REHOBOTH BEACH, DELAWARE (7/25/2016) Fire swept through a house off Route 1 near Rehoboth Beach on Sunday morning.
The fire at 37850 Oyster House Road was reported at 9:30 a.m.
The house was well involved in flames when Rehoboth Beach firefighters arrived. They were on the scene for more than two hours, fighting the fire in 90-degree heat, according to the fire company.
No injuries were reported.
Firefighters from Lewes, Indian River and Bethany Beach assisted.
The Delaware state Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating.
