NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (3/24/2016) A multi-vehicle crash is slowing northbound Interstate 95 traffic just south of Route 141 near New Castle, according to reports from the scene.
A trash truck reportedly lost its rear axle, with at least three other vehicles damaged.
One injury was reported.
DelDOT reported at 6:22 a.m. that both right lanes were closed, but by 6:50 a.m. a traffic camera showed all lanes open with the wreckage on the shoulder.
Christiana and Newport firefighters responded as well as Delaware State Police.
