SELBYVILLE, DELAWARE (1/28/2016) Electricity has been restored to more than 1,700 Delmarva Power customers who lost service for several hours this morning in the Selbyville-Roxana area, according to the company’s website.
The outage was reported at 3:05 a.m.
Customers south of the state line in Maryland also were affected.
