BEAR-CHRISTIANA, DELAWARE (1/19/2016) A crash that jammed traffic for miles on northbound Route 1 this morning has been cleared.
The accident near the Route 273 exit was reported about 7:30 a.m.
The backup at times extended near the Route 72 exit.
