

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (1/13/2016) The partial collapse of a vacant commercial building in Southbridge brought Wilmington Fire Department, Licensing and Inspections officers and Delmarva Power crews to the scene this morning.
A bulging wall was visible on the side of the building at B Street and South Heald Street about 11 a.m.
The building was condemned and now will be torn down, according to reports from the scene.
