WILMINGTON/ELSMERE, DELAWARE (11/1/2015) Homeowners in the 1900 block of Seneca Road in Canby Park Estates woke up this morning to find tires slashed on more than a dozen vehicles.
Both Wilmington and Elsmere police are investigating the incident along the border of the two municipalities.
