TALLEYVILLE, DELAWARE (9/20/2015) A gunman robbed Rita’s Water Ice in Talleyville on Saturday afternoon, Delaware State Police said this morning.
The robbery at 2909 Concord Pike (U.S. 202) happened about 4:50 p.m.
The robber confronted two female employees at the sales window and demanded cash from the register. They turned over an undisclosed amount and the robber fled in a grey vehicle.
No one was injured.
The robber was described as a black male, 6-feet to 6-feet-3, weighing 160-180 pounds. He was wearing a white shirt.
