BEAR, DELAWARE (6/23/2015) A 20-year-old man was wounded in a shooting Monday night, New Castle County police reported today.
The incident happened about 6:15 p.m. in the Forest Glen townhome community.
The victim was taken to Christiana Hospital by personal vehicle before officers arrived, Officer First Class Tracey Duffy said.
Witnesses said there was a fight between the victim and two other men before they heard gunshots, Duffy said.
The two others fled in a dark sedan with Delaware registration.
