WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (3/14/2015) A three-vehicle accident injured seven people, including children, on southbound Interstate 495 this evening, according to reports from the scene.
The crash happened about 8 p.m. on the Christina River Bridge.
The crash reportedly began when one vehicle swerved to avoid furniture in the roadway and lost control.
One of the vehicles involved was a limousine.
DelDOT reported the southbound lanes were closed at 12th Street.
