GLASGOW, DELAWARE (12/16/2014) A body was found in a ditch this morning along southbound Route 896 (South College Avenue).
According to reports from the scene, a passerby spotted the body of an elderly man across from Glasgow High School about 7 a.m.
He was pronounced dead by New Castle County paramedis.
State and New Castle County police were on the scene.
